Offline forms, a considerable asset

Users working in remote areas without WiFi or 3G/4G connections can still use Kizeo Forms without any issues, even with Airplane Mode on. No internet connection is needed to use Kizeo Forms offline! Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Initial Connection and Form Upload

To use Kizeo Forms offline, you must connect at least once to the internet (WiFi or 3G/4G) to get authenticated on the platform.

  • Download the Application: Find and download the Kizeo Forms app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  • Log In: Open the app and log in using your credentials.

The app will automatically synchronise with the back-office to load the created forms. From now on, whether connected or not, you will be able to fill out forms.

Step 2: Sending Data in Offline Mode

  • Fill Out Forms: Complete your forms as usual and either transfer or save them.
  • Pending Forms Queue: The forms you fill out will be saved in the pending forms queue until the next internet connection (WiFi or 3G/4G).

Once the device reconnects to the internet, all forms stored in the 'Pending' section will be uploaded to the server and move to the 'Sent' section'.

Important Note:

The same process applies to the 'push' feature (sending pre-filled forms to field workers). Devices must be connected to receive the forms initially. However, once the forms are downloaded, users can continue filling them out offline, and the data will be sent to the server once the device reconnects to the internet (WiFi or 3G/4G).
