Headings

Filtering your forms on the app is easy thanks to the headings created on the online platform. To apply a filter, tap on the three dots in the right-hand corner and choose the desired heading.

• My Forms: View the complete list of all your forms here.

• My Favorite Forms: Access forms you’ve marked as favorites. To add a form to this section, slide the form from right to left in the My Forms menu.

• My Inbox: See push data displayed in a list, map, or calendar format.

• Data: Access all your drafts, pending data, and sent data.
  Drafts: Save your form as a draft if you need to complete it later without losing the data already entered. Email scenarios will not be triggered until the draft is saved.
  

Pending: If you save your form in an area without internet connection, it will appear here. Once connection is restored, the form will automatically be sent and removed from the pending section.

Sent: Forms that have been submitted will appear here.

• Gallery: View photos taken with the Kizeo Forms camera or imported into the Kizeo Forms gallery.

• Settings: Configure various settings:

  • Theme: Choose from various color themes.
  • Font Size: Select your preferred font size.
  • Filling Options:
    • Allow multiple fields to be displayed on one line.
    • Display multiple-choice fields by row.
    • Always copy images to the device gallery.
    • Use the device camera instead of the Kizeo Forms camera.
    • Use the normal keyboard for numeric input.
    • Return to the main screen after completing a form.
    • Enable high accuracy geolocation.
    • Automatically free up storage space when the app is launched.
  • Application Information: View the app version, free up storage space, and restore backups.
