When you create your trial account in Kizeo Forms, you will see the following window appear:
Step 1. Create a form.
- Click on the Guided Tour of your back office to understand how to use Kizeo Forms.
- Refer to the article ‘How to create and modify a form?’ for detailed instructions on creating your first form.
Step 2. Download Kizeo Forms on Your Mobile Device
- Go to Google Play or the App Store on your smartphone or tablet, depending on whether you are using Android or iOS.
- Download and install the app on your device.
- Log in with the username and password you created on the web.
- Refresh your forms by swiping down on the screen.
- Once the forms page updates, you will see your first forms.
Remember: Always refresh this page if you make changes to your forms.
Step 3: Fill Out Your Digital Form on Your Mobile Device
- Tap on your form to fill it in.
- When your form is completed and ready to be sent to the server, click ‘Save’.
- You will find the completed forms in your Kizeo Forms account. You can retrieve your data in various formats: XLS, PDF, DOC, CSV, XML.
