Email templates and redesign of the Users page!

With the last update of your back office, the Users page has been completely redesigned and, following the multi-export, you can now configure several scenarios of email with their own custom reports!

The email template!

From now on, you have the possibility to set different email template.

For example, after the intervention of your technicians, you want  different emails to be sent automatically with their custom-made documents:

• An email to the manager to notify the result of the maintenance with the intervention sheet.
• An email to your purchasing division with the purchase order for the spare parts to repair the defective material.
• An email to your customer with the signed quote and an invoice.

It is now possible !

These email sending scenarios can be based on a Customizable user fields, depending on the selection of an item in a list, checkbox, amount of order, ...

The redesign of the user page!

To simplify the management of your users, the "Users" page of your back office has been totally redesigned!

From now on, you can:

• Define the number of users to display on each page
• Define the elements to display with filters,
• Display your users following their status,
• Display your users following their groups,
• Select one or more users to add/modify their Customizable user fields.
