Prerequisites:
- Minimum knowledge of how Kizeo Forms works,
- Knowledge of BI,
- Installation and configuration of the ODBC connector (Open DataBase Connectivity).
Launch Power BI.
From the home page, click Get Data.
In (1), enter odbc, select “All” and then ODBC in (2), then click Connect (3).
Select the name of your BI connection. In our example, it is: BI Connection. If your data source is not there, click on the highlighted arrow and select it from the list. Then click OK.
The first time you log in, you will be asked to enter your username (4) and password (5).
Once you have entered your login information, click on Login (6).
This will take you to the list of your forms.
By clicking on the name of your database (7), the list of your forms appears.
Each form appears in a view and each table of the form in a view TableName.
All you have to do is select the items you want to import.
