Kizeo Forms is used in over 52 countries, making our mobile application and administration interface available in multiple languages. This tutorial will guide you on how to change the language in Kizeo Forms, set the default language for your team, and manage language settings on your mobile device.
From the administration interface
Our administration interface supports several languages: French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, German, Italian, and Simplified Chinese. You can modify the language in three ways:
1. From the banner
- On any page and regardless of your status, click the flag icon in the top right corner.
- Select your preferred language from the seven available options.
2. From the company information page
- Available only for account administrators.
- Click on your photo or initials in the top right corner to access the Company Information page.
- Navigate to Language & Region.
- You can modify:
- The date format
- The language
- The timezone
- Tip: You can also choose the invoice language from the Information & Invoicing tab.
3. From the user profile
- Available for account administrators or group leaders.
- Go to My administration interface -> My users.
- Click the pencil icon of the relevant user profile.
- Select the appropriate language from the Language drop-down menu.
From the mobile application
Our mobile application is available in multiple languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, and Simplified Chinese. The application language is set according to the language of your mobile device. For example, if your device is set to Spanish, Kizeo Forms will also display in Spanish. If the device language is not supported, such as Russian, the application will default to English.
