In this tutorial, we explore the features of the Kizeo Forms module available in Make, which allow you to perform different actions in your scenarios.
1. Download a Custom Export In Its Original Format
This feature allows you to download a Custom Export in Word, Excel or PDF.
Here is the list of information required for execution:
- Form ID (Required): Choose a form name from the list or specify an ID using an expression
- Export ID (Required): Choose a Custom Export name from the list or specify an ID
- Data ID (Required): Enter data ID or specify it using an expression
- Export in PDF (required): Can be activated by an expression:
- Yes: You get the Export in PDF
- No: You get the Export in its original format (Excel or Word)
2. Download a Standard PDF
To retrieve the Standard PDF, you'll need to provide the Form ID as well as the Data ID

- Form ID (Required): Choose a form name from the list or specify an ID using an expression
- Data ID (Required): Enter data ID or specify it using an expression
3. Get a Data Definition
You can retrieve information about a data from its ID. To do this, you are asked for the Form ID and the Data ID

4. Push a Data
You can also push data to Kizeo Forms. You are then asked for the User ID and the Form ID. The list of fields accessible to Push is then displayed.
Please note: The 'Push a Data' module does not allow tables to be pre-populated

- Form ID (Required): Choose a form name from the list or specify an ID using an expression
5. Make an API Call
The Make an API Call module lets you execute an API request that is not accessible by the existing modules.

- URL (Required): Enter the query you want to call. It is possible to specify variable parameters there.
- Method (Required): Select the call method corresponding to your request
- Headers (Required): It is not necessary to modify the information in this section
